Raga Prabandh – Mastery & Performance in Hindustani Classical Music

This intensive level is for advanced students aiming for concert performance, teaching, or professional examinations. You will explore rare and complex ragas (Marwa, Puriya, Miyan ki Todi, Shuddha Kalyan, etc.) in depth, studying both Vilambit and Drut Khayal, Tarana, Chaturang, and Sargam geet.

Students will refine their gayaki (singing style) according to gharanas such as Gwalior, Kirana, and Agra, and will learn advanced layakari, bol-taans, and complex improvisations. Performance etiquette, microphone handling, and audience engagement are also taught to prepare for stage readiness.

The course includes compositions in different taals (Dhamar, Ada Chautaal, Jhaptal) and encourages original improvisational creativity within the raga framework.
